It started about ten years ago. We sat on Carlo & Dana’s living-room floor and ate pasta from a single large bowl. We talked about the nature of community; the incredible work our friends and colleagues were doing in the public sector; how theater, art and storytelling create meaning in people’s lives. We began to see a connection– an opportunity to help organization’s engage the public in a whole new way. Not only to take their message to new heights, but to become focused on building a broader collaboration, one that engages the creativity of everyone within a community creating positive action that benefits all. We even coined a phrase: “strengthening communities through shared creativity.” It’s our mission.
Today, we work with nonprofit organizations of all sizes across every sector. They come to us with a simple question: “How do we build stronger relationships with the people who need us, the people who believe in us, the people who are searching for us and don’t know it, and the people who deeply care about what we are trying to create?”
We don’t give pat answers. It would be too disrespectful. Instead we listen for (and witness) strengths, capabilities, and visions. We create processes that on the surface result in a strategic plan or branding campaign, yet the real impact is about inspiring a group of Superheroes to take action together in order to change their current reality bringing them one-step closer to the world they envision.

Creation In Common
I really like the site. It’s a great way to get information out there. The only thing I had trouble figuring out was if I could comment on your posts. Did I miss that somewhere?
Thanks Austin. I hope you are doing well. You can comment on the posts, but for some reason it says “no comments.” You press on that and it takes you to the comment form. Once you leave a comment it then turns to say “One Comment.” Ah, technology.
